The Wellfleet Selectboard will hold a public meeting on May 24, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be held via Zoom Video Conference and In Person at the Wellfleet Adult Center 715 Old King’s Highway (in accordance with the temporary suspension and enhancement of the Open Meeting Law requirements by the General Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
In accordance with MGL Chapter 130 Sections 52, 57, 58, 60, and 68 and all applicable Town Shellfish Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Wellfleet Selectboard will hold a virtual and in-person public hearing on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Wellfleet ACC, 715 Old Kings Hwy, Wellfleet, MA 02667 to consider the following:
- Status of License Holder Aquacultural Research Corporation (A.R.C.) of Shellfish Grant License #792 with regards to Sections 7.8.1. Eligibility Requirements, 7.8.2. Domicile Requirement and Exception, 7.8.8. Aquaculture Research and Development Projects
- Individual votes to consider if each of the following license holders’ grant licenses will be forfeited for failure to meet minimum productivity per Town of Wellfleet Shellfishing Policy and recommendations Sections 7.12 Evidence of Productivity: Use It or Lose It, 7.12.2.
