Marina Advisory Committee Charge

To establish a Marina Advisory Committee consisting of seven members and two associate members to be appointed by the Select Board for terms of two years. The Chairman of the Committee may designate any such associate member to sit on the committee in case of absence, inability to act or conflict of interest on the part of any member thereof, or in the event of a vacancy on the committee until said vacancy is filled in the manner provided in this section. 

The Committee shall study and make recommendations to the Harbormaster and Select Board relative to the following: marina operations, Wellfleet Waterways, marina finances, future marina planning and the concerns of residents and users of the marina. Said financial review should be viewed from a perspective on revenue generation to ensure the safe operation of the marina and the health of the enterprise fund.
