THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS 

FY2024 tax rate is $6.83(residential), the Commercial, Industrial, Property rate is $6.43.

Second Half Fiscal Year 2024 tax bills will be issued April 1, 2024 and are due May 1, 2024. 

Fiscal 2023 real estate and personal property delinquent tax bills have been placed on demand ($15).

Motor Vehicle 2024 Tax Bills were issued February 14, 2024 and were due March 15, 2024. Please note interest is now accruing. 

Real Estate Bills from 2022 are now in tax title and under the purview of the treasurer.
