1.Announcements and public comment.  Public comment must be brief.  Matters raised only during Announcements and public comment will not be the subject of deliberation by the trustees.

2.Status reports on housing related activities (Housing Authority, Local Housing Partnership, 95 Lawrence Road Task Force, etc.)

3.Support for creation of accessory dwelling units (ADUs).

a.Community Development Partnership presentation.

b.Housing Assistance Corp. ADU support.

c.Recommendation on proposed ADU bylaw changes.

4.Authorization of proposed correspondence in behalf of the Trust (added 3/1/22.)

5.Trust fundraising and website.

6.Consideration of addition of additional community impact fees to short term rental tax.

7.Status of 90 Freeman Ave. request for proposals.

8.Future meeting agenda items and next meeting date.

9.Approval of minutes: February 7, 2022
