  1. 1515 Baker Avenue (Belvernon) (1870): Proposal to replace four windows on first story south side (labelled “garage” in survey of property), and replace clapboards and trim as needed, like for like. (Presenter/Property owner: John Bombara and Allison Reilly-Bombara)
  2. 355 Main Street (Frances Francis) (1850): Proposal to repair rot on north wall fascia and west side of building. Replace gutter system and roofs. Demolish non- functioning chimney. (Presenter/Property Owner: Frances Francis)
