PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

In accordance with MGL Chapter 130 Sections 52, 57, 58, 60, and 68 and all applicable Town Shellfish Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Wellfleet Selectboard will hold a virtual and in-person public hearing on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Wellfleet ACC, 715 Old Kings Hwy, Wellfleet, MA 02667 to consider the following:

  • Status of License Holder Aquacultural Research Corporation (A.R.C.) of Shellfish Grant License #792 with regards to Sections 7.8.1. Eligibility Requirements, 7.8.2. Domicile Requirement and Exception, 7.8.8. Aquaculture Research and Development Projects
  • Individual votes to consider if each of the following license holders’ grant licenses will be forfeited for failure to meet minimum productivity per Town of Wellfleet Shellfishing Policy and recommendations Sections 7.12 Evidence of Productivity: Use It or Lose It, 7.12.2. Failure to Meet Production Levels and 7.13.3 Notification of Failure to Meet Minimal Requirements.
