A Cape Cod Commission staff hearing officer will hold a virtual pro-forma public hearing on the following Project on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
This proceeding is for procedural purposes only. There will be no presentations, testimony, or substantive action taken.
Project: Great Neck Road North Monopole Project (CCC File No: 23020)
Project Applicants: Cello Partnership, d/b/a Verizon Wireless
Project Location: 524 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee MA
Assessor’s ID: Parcel 67-4-0
Project Description: A proposed 130’ tall personal wireless services monopole with panel antennas and associated equipment to be installed behind an existing Verizon wireless facility on a parcel of land totaling roughly 3.08 acres.
Note: The hearing will be held virtually, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023
