1)  206 Holbrook Avenue, door onto new deck project, (A. Carroll)

2)  20 Village Lane, partial demolition, (Rob Letendre, Roland Letendre)

3)  15 Howland Lane, the project calls for modification to the roof line of the circa 1940 garage (Allen Kurzweil)

          a) create a writer’s loft under the new eaves, and

          b) reconcile the profile of the structure with the elegant silhouette of the main house.

4)  99 Holbrook Avenue, replacing front brick patio with raised 'farmer's porch' with new roofing, replace broken deck with an updated deck.

5)  15 Squire's Pond Lane, 100% demolition review
           a)  Review Preservation Specialist's advisory opinion/comments (attached)
           b)  Review demolition permit

           c)  Determine if the building is 'Preferably Preserved' 

6)  20 Briar Lane under an up to 18 month demolition delay (as of 4/8/2020).
