3. Discussion of Seasonal Communities Designation (SCD) Legislation. New information? Working group to educate the community of changes required by the Seasonal Communities Designation ahead of Fall Town Meeting.

4. ADU discussion: Further discussion and planning. Working group to plan outreach and advocacy for the production of ADUs. Progress so far? Ideas? What are the septic regulations around ADUs and might there be any allowances made for ADUs with composting or incinerating toilets which release NO nitrogen into waterways?

5. Discussion of plan of action for the LHP

a. Attached documentation of LHP’s former resolution and meeting minutes from 1/8/26
b. What information do we want the public to be informed of?
c. What avenues do we have to get information to the public?
d. Other ideas?
