The Wellfleet Board of Health will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. Under Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025, this meeting will be conducted in person and as a courtesy via remote means, per 940 MCR 29.10 and the Town's Remote Participation Policy. While an option for remote attendance and/or participation is provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting/hearing may not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast unless otherwise required by law.

2. Betsy H Herman and Paul T Foley, 450 Lieutenant Island Road, Map 41, Parcel 82: Variances for upgraded septic system.
New Business
- Board of Health vote to publicly post PHE Agendas
- Re-sign letter of commitment, sign IMA amendment, sign paperwork to approve Eastham as fiscal agent for PHE
