NOTICE OF MEETING

In conformity with the provisions of Chapter 30A, Massachusetts General Laws, Notice is
hereby filed that a meeting of the: CEMETERY COMMISSION will be held on Thursday,
June 25, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the TOWN HALL HEARING ROOM, 300 Main Street.
The meeting is open to the public and the press as required by the provisions of the Open
Meeting Law. Furthermore, below is a list of topics that the Chair reasonably anticipates will be
discussed at the meeting:

 Meet with Assistant Town Administrator to evaluate Request For Proposals v. Bid
process relative to our CPC grant.
 Status of insurance claim to rebuild gazebo destroyed in the February, 2026 blizzard
