Town of Wellfleet – Zoning Board of Appeals

 

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40-A, Section 11 and Wellfleet Section 235, the ZBA will hold public hearings on July 9, 2026, starting at 7:00 pm. Under Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025, this meeting will be conducted in person at the Adult Community Center, 715 Old King’s Highway, and as a courtesy via remote means, per 940 MCR 29.10 and the Town's Remote Participation Policy via Zoom.
