Trustees of the Wellfleet Municipal Affordable Housing Trust will hold a public meeting on  17 June 2026 at 9:30 AM.  The meeting will be conducted via Hybrid-Zoom Video Conferencing in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.  In-person participants will meet in the Town Hall basement conference room at 300 Main Street, Wellfleet.  The meeting may be recorded by the Town. Anyone else desiring to record the meeting may do so only after notifying the chair and may not interfere with the conduct of the meeting in so doing. 

Agenda:

1. Announcements and public comment.  Public comment must be under 2 minutes per speaker.  Matters raised only during Announcements and public comment will not be the subject of deliberation.

2. Approval of minutes of 5/6/26

3. Update Trust documents to 250%AMI

4. Donation Acceptance Policy

5.  ADU discussion.  News from EOHLC.  Increasing loan amount, allowing some pre-development and mid- build funds; supervision and rewrite of loan.         Who will provide supervision of loan? Are there possible State funds available?  Proposal for a public meeting and support strategies from LHP.               EcoSan and ADUs.

6.  Transition planning, Chris’s list of desired skills and experience.  Staggering of member terms.

7.  Vote on new officers

8.  Finalized Seasonal Communities legislation- any comments or concerns?

9.  Update on Durkee Lane.

10.  Discussion of new ideas for moving forward with Freeman Ave.   Possible vote on funding any work needed to prepare property for development . 

11.  Status reports by Trustees on housing related activities (Lawrence Hill, Maurice’s, Paine Hollow, others.) CPC documents under review.
