Notice is hereby filed that the Wellfleet Historical Commission will hold a remote Public Hearing on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
Hearing is held in conformity with the provisions of Chapter 30A, Massachusetts General Laws, and Ch. 2 of the Acts of 2023.
Said meeting will be open to the public and the press virtually, as required by the provisions of the Open Meeting Law, to virtually attend through Zoom Video Conferencing.

(Continued from 03.04.2025) To review a revised proposal for partial demolition of a c. 1840 house including: removal and replacement of a circa 1900 sunporch on the east end of the house, removal and replacement of a circa early 1930 to late 1950s kitchen addition, adding a rear full dormer to the original house, replacement of the full basement, installation of an additional layer of rigid insulation to the outside of the house, changing existing cottage style trim to Greek Revival style.
