The Trustees of the Wellfleet Municipal Affordable Housing Trust will hold a public meeting on May
13, 2024 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be conducted via Zoom Video Conferencing in accordance
with the Open Meeting Law. Instructions for a Zoom video conference, which includes phone call in

The meeting may be recorded by the Town. Anyone else desiring to record the meeting may do so
only after notifying the chair and may not interfere with the conduct of the meeting in so doing.

Agenda:

1. Announcements and public comment. Public comment must be brief. Matters raised only
    during Announcements and public comment will not be the subject of deliberation by the
    trustees.
2. Status reports by Trustees on housing related activities (Housing Authority, Local Housing
    Partnership, Maurice’s Campground Working Group, etc.)
3. Annual Town Meeting and pre town meeting.
4. Trust finances, budget and fundraising.
5. Paine Hollow Road One Stop for Growth application. 10% matching funds; possible funds for
    grant writing help; joint letter of support. Possible consultant hire?
6. Amend ADU Support Program guidelines. Correct source of funding and application
    requirements.
7. Trustee reappointments.
8. Amendment of Trust Bylaw.
9. Future meeting agenda items and next meeting date (June 10, 17 or 24).
10. Approval of minutes: April 8, 2024.
11. Adjournment.
