Town of Wellfleet – Zoning Board of Appeals

Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, Section 21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the Chair so declares that having a discussion in open session would have a detrimental effect on the Board’s litigating position on April 25, 2024, starting at 6:30 pm in person at the Adult Community Center, 715 Old King’s Highway, and remotely via Zoom.

Discuss litigation strategy with respect to Michael A. Shannon, et. al. v. Wellfleet Zoning Board of Appeals, Land Court Docket No. 23 MISC 000248 relative to the appeal of the Board’s decision to uphold the Building Commissioner’s determination regarding outdoor entertainment at 70 Main Street, Wellfleet.

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40-A, Section 11 and Wellfleet Section 235, the ZBA will hold public hearings on April 25, 2024, starting at 7:00 pm in person at the Adult Community Center, 715 Old King’s Highway, and remotely via zoom.
