JOB TITLE: Assistant Town Treasurer-Assistant Town Collector
JOB CLASSIFICATION: 35 Hours a Week, union.
The Town of Wellfleet has an opening for the Assistant Town Treasurer-Assistant Town Collector in the Treasurer and Collector’s offices. The position is responsible for providing administrative and recordkeeping support to the Town Treasurer & the Town Collector. Essential functions including supporting payroll processing, processing cash receipts and supporting the Treasurer and Collector in performing statutory responsibilities of receipt, disbursement and collection of all taxes. A Bachelor’s Degree with at least three to five years previous office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
The proposed salary range to be negotiated is between $46,892 and $57,850. A full job description and application can be found below.
