Ed Simpson was Acting Chair. 

Mail / Discussion

            MA Assoc. of Conservation Commissions thanking the town for paying dues and membership and reminding us of their course offerings.   Barbara Brennessel and Ali Sands did not receive cards.  Notification of Fall Conference October 29, 2016.

Emergency Certificate Form – application from DPW – remove an existing boardwalk and replace with same – Mayo Beach.  Start date:  Aug 10 / Finish Sept. 10. 

            Public Notice – Board of Selectmen, Tues Aug 23, consider request Chap and Wags DBA The Wagner at Duck Creek regarding annual licenses. 

CC Commission – Herring River Restoration Project Hearing on Development of Regional Impact, Aug 29 in Barnstable 

Ed Simpson closed the business meeting at 4:15.

Jurisdictional Opinions - none

Public Hearings 5:00 pm:

Gilson, 1400 Chequessett Neck Road, Map 18, Parcel 6, Certificate of Compliance. 

The stairs were constructed as approved and the project is in compliance.  Barbara Brennessel moved to approve the Certificate of Compliance; seconded by John Portnoy; passed 4-0. 

AJOR, LLC, 635 Chequessett Neck Rd., Map 19, Parcel 117, NOI, remove existing pool and deck and replace with new pool, deck and patio Cont’d.  At the request of the applicant, John Portnoy moved to continue to  Sept. 7, 2016; seconded by Barbara Brennessel; passed 4-0.                                       

Barbara Brennessel moved to adjourn at 5:10 pm; seconded by John Portnoy; passed 4-0.
