Minutes of Meeting February 24, 2016

Wellfleet Town Hall Hearing Room

Present: Peter Hall, Chair; Geraldine Ramer, Janet Reinhart, Cary Rea, Gary Sorkin

Regrets: Robert Jackson, Elaine McIlroy, Thomas Siggia, Kevin Carroll

Chair Peter Hall called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m.

Minutes

Janet Reinhart moved to approve the minutes of January 27, 2016.  Geraldine Ramer seconded, and the motion carried 5-0. 

Town Meeting Warrant Recommendations

Article II-15   Percentages

Gary Sorkin moved to recommend Article II-15.  Cary Rea seconded, and the motion carried 5-0.

Article II-16 Housing Consultant

Janet Reinhart moved to recommend Article II-16.  Cary Rea seconded, and the motion carried 5-0.  The Committee changed some language in the comments.

Article II-17 Cape Cod Village

Janet Reinhart moved to recommend Article II-17.  Cary Rea seconded, and the motion carried 5-0.

Article II-18 Adams Lodge

Janet Reinhart moved to recommend Article II-18.  Geraldine Ramer seconded, and the motion carried 5-0.

Article II-19 Pond Hill School

Janet Reinhart moved to recommend Article II-19.  Cary Rea seconded, and the motion carried 4-0-1

Article II-20 Historical Society Museum

Janet Reinhart moved to recommend Article 11-20.  Cary Rea seconded, and the motion carried 5-0.

Next Meeting Agenda

The April 27, 2016 meeting agenda will deal with the results of Town Meeting.

Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned by consensus at 9:46 a.m.
