Minutes of Meeting on Wednesday, October 7, 2015
PSD #15-02 Site Visit, 8:30 AM
Members Present: Gerald E. Parent, Chair, Andrew Freeman, Alfred Pickard, Janet Reinhart
Members Absent: Eric Larsen, Janet V. Morrissey
Others Present: Assistant Town Administrator/Planner Brian Carlson, R. Dennis O’Connell (attending as a member of the public)
Members of the Board gathered at the site of the proposed roadway for the Preliminary Subdivision Plan #15-02, at 8:30 AM.
In preparation for the site visit, surveyor Chet Lay of Slade Associates set stakes at the northern boundary corner of Map 15 Parcel 19, and at the center line of the proposed roadway.
The Board discussed the requirements for the roadway including sightlines, grade and drainage.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 AM.
