Meeting Minutes

Chair called the meeting to order at 7:02PM
Site Plan Review for Photovoltaic Array – Wellfleet Landfill, 370 Coles Neck Road
- Update on Service agreement
- The contract has been signed by the town administrator, waiting for TRC to sign and return.
- Town Planner will meet with Max from TRC and go over timeline, the board would like to have a site visit, and meet with Max before a public hearing.
- No motions or votes were taken
Horton Subdivision, Josem Way (Map #42, Parcel #43)
- Update on plans for the property
- Letter received by Mr. Horton asking for an extension until September 2019 to decide what he will do with the property.
- The board discussed if there was a time limit for a subdivision, what their next step for Mr. Horton would be.
- Freeman moved to send a letter to Horton allowing the extension and to respond to the planning board on or before September 1, 2019 of his plans for the subdivision and to submit the required deposit. Mead-Fox seconded the motion, the motion carried 4-0
Hall Subdivision, Sam Hollow Road (Map #23, Parcel # 73)
- Update on certified letter to Mr. Hall regarding next steps for his subdivision
- Mr. Hall received his letter and spoke to Rebekah confirming he will show the new plans to Billy Rogers and then submit to the planning board.
- No motions or votes were taken

Tuesday meetings were discussed and agreed to change back to the first and third Tuesday of each month.
