Properties for consideration

Further discussion of last month’s decision to propose warrants for the next Town Meeting for protection of Town properties under Conscom. As noted in the minutes we agreed that three properties seemed likely candidates, all

contiguous to protected land, and all marshland.  Map 15  #164, Map 29 # 489 and # 493.  The committee felt that separating the Map 29 units to one warrant and the Map 15 parcel to a second separate warrant would be the clearest way to present these properties.

Discussion deferred on other properties listed in meeting agenda. No new activity.

Next Meeting: September 1, Town Hall 4:00 pm

Respectfully submitted,

Tom Slack, Secr. OSC
