Old Business

  •  Review status of TM Warrant article 30-14.                                                                                         Discuss criteria for land preservation.         

Properties for consideration

 

  • For TM 2021 Map 30 186 and 188, wetlands in Blackfish Creek, and Map 42-137, wetlands at end of Bayberry Trail, have been approved for presentation to TM in 2021 for transfer of care and custody to Cons Com. Review and update on Map 28 -80,82, and 239 near Indian Neck Beach and 28- 234 and 235 in Sewall’s Gutter for recommendations for transfer to Cons Com.
  • Other properties for consideration, and new properties for sale:

Map 29 - 400 and 505 to CCC; Map 36 parcels 288, 289; Easement on Agger property 41-178.1. Pyles’ property on Map 42 has decreased asking price. Will follow.
