The Task Force for the 95 Lawrence Road Rental Housing Project will meet several times to review and evaluate the three proposals received based on the criteria in the RFP. Evaluation of the proposals will be based on the information provided in the Proposers’ submissions in accordance with the submission requirements in the RFP and any interviews, references, and additional information requested and/or gathered by the Town.
