The Trustees of the Wellfleet Municipal Affordable Housing Trust will hold a public meeting on May 23, 2023 at 7:00 PM.  The meeting will be conducted via Zoom Video Conferencing in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.  Instructions for a Zoom video conference, which includes phone call in options can be found below:

 The meeting may be recorded by the Town. Anyone else desiring to record the meeting may do so only after notifying the chair and may not interfere with the conduct of the meeting in so doing.

Agenda:

1. Public comment.  Public comment must be brief.  Matters raised only during Public comment will not be the subject of deliberation or vote by the Trustees.
2. Announcements and status reports on housing related activities (Housing Authority, Local Housing Partnership, Maurice’s Campground Working Group, etc.)
3. Support for creation of accessory dwelling units: CDP monitoring proposal.
4. Annual Town Meeting review.
5. Trust finances, budget and fundraising.
   1. Possible 25% funding match (up to $12,500) for land use planning grant.
   2. Birdhouse auction May 28^th.
6. Add Trust as party to the housing support contract with CDP.
7. 90 Freeman Ave. request for proposals status.
8. Future meeting agenda items and next meeting date.  (June 19 or 26, 2023?)
9. Approval of minutes: April 24, 2023.
10. Adjournment.
