Wellfleet Municipal Affordable Housing Trust-Virtual

The Trustees of the Wellfleet Municipal Affordable Housing Trust will hold a public meeting on April 24, 2023 at 7:00 PM.  The meeting will be conducted via Zoom Video Conferencing in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.  Instructions for a Zoom video conference, which includes phone call in options can be found below:

Status reports on housing related activities (Housing Authority, Local Housing Partnership, Maurice’s Campground Working Group, etc.)

Housing/CPC Coordinator job description.

Additional Annual Town Meeting recommendations:

Article 41, Accessory Dwelling Unit bylaw cleanup;

Article 44, Increase residential tax exemption from 25% to 30%;

Article 47, Authorize purchase of year round residency restrictions; and

Article 48, Extend residential tax exemption to properties leased on a year round basis.

Trust finances, budget and fundraising.

Aprove expenditure for promoting birdhouse auction.

Add Trust as party to the housing support contract with CDP.

Support for creation of accessory dwelling units: CDP monitoring proposal.
