Wellfleet Council on Aging Advisory Board ~ In Person Meeting

Wellfleet Advisory COA Board Agenda

        Said meeting will be open to the public and the press as required by the provisions of the Open Meeting Law. Furthermore, below is a list of topics that the chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting:

This meeting will be held in common with a meeting with the Friends of the Wellfleet COA with the following agenda:

1. Welcome to Board members and Guests.
2. Brainstorm ways the two boards can work together to further the missions of both the Advisory Council and FCOA.
3. What are the mutual goals for the COA/ACC programs, activities and capital projects shared by both boards? 
4. How can we support these goals coming to fruition?
5. Advantages or disadvantages of having more than one person serving on both boards.

8.  Next meeting date for each Board:

                       o Friends – May 10 th at 1pm

                       o Advisory - May 17 th at 9am

      9.  Following the joint meeting, each board will spend a few minutes on regular business.

     12.  Approval of Financial report

     13.  Approval of two budget requests: WIN Guidelines & Concert series funding

     14.  Advisory Council – Approve the March 15 the minutes & Create a committee to elect officers
