• With subcommittee, review status of 5 Year Plan, and Open Space Survey Update
• Titles on properties in Cons Com Care, update                                        
• Review access issues. Are there projects in which to become involved?                                                                 

Properties for consideration

• Arrange site visit on other properties for consideration, and new properties for sale:
• Map 29 - 400 and 505 to CCC; Map 36 parcels 288, 289; Easement on Agger property 41-178.1 and easement on path to Chipman’s Cove Map 28 parcels 25 or 26. Question of OSC involvement of Town owned properties as suggested by Mr Curly
• Review possible properties for affordable housing, both with proposed zoning changes and properties found in OSC property review. Housing-related articles approved at Town Meeting.
• Update SB proposal to purchase Maurice’s Campground and OSC involvement in plans if Town purchases property.
• Article for transfer of OSC recommended properties was approved at Town Meeting on June 11th .(Map 30 -186, wetlands in Blackfish Creek, and Map 42-137, wetlands at end of Bayberry Trail). Discussion of process for transferring properties to Cons Com.
