Notice of Virtual Public Hearing on
Barnstable County Proposed Ordinance No. 22-01
On February 2, 2022 at 4:15 p.m., the Barnstable County Assembly of Delegates will hold a
virtual public hearing on Proposed Ordinance No. 22-01, To amend Ordinance 19-10, establishing
the Barnstable County Human Rights Advisory Commission to add alternate commission
members and make other technical changes
The virtual public hearing will be open to anyone wishing to testify or make public comment on
the proposed ordinance. The full text of the proposed ordinance has been electronically distributed
to the Town Clerk of each town in Barnstable County, is also available on the Assembly web page
with instructions on accessing the public hearing, and will be detailed on the Assembly meeting
agenda of February 2, 2022 located at https://www.barnstablecounty.org/regionalgovernment/
assembly-of-delegates/assembly-of-delegates-agendas-minutes/ . Comments can also
be emailed to owen.fletcher@barnstablecounty.org by noon on or before the date of the virtual
public hearing. The virtual public hearing and Assembly meeting will be live streamed via
YouTube and can also be accessed via the County web page.
