TOWN OF WELLFLEET NOTICE OF MEETING

In conformity with the provisions of Chapter 30A, Massachusetts General Laws, Notice is hereby filed that a meeting of the: BOARD OF ASSESSORS     will be held on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2021 at 11:15 A.M. in the Assessor’s Office, Town Hall.

Said meeting will be open to the public and the press as required by the provisions of the Open Meeting Law. Furthermore, below is a list of topics that the Chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting:

Executive Session (pursuant to MGL Ch. 30A sec. 21):  Review, vote and sign FY22 Veteran, Senior and Hardship Exemption applications.

Executive Session (pursuant to MGL Ch. 30A sec. 21):  Review, vote and sign FY22 real estate and personal property abatement applications.
