Status reports on housing related activities (Housing Authority, Local Housing Partnership, 95 Lawrence Road Task Force, etc.)

Status of Mass Housing Partnership technical assistance grant and strategic plan for the Trust (Ms Goehring; 8:00 PM).

Fund raising for the Trust.

Possible budget request for land acquisition funding in fiscal 2023.

Status of policy request for short term rental tax revenue.

Support for creation of accessory dwelling units.

Future meeting agenda items and next meeting date.

Approval of minutes: October 18, 2021 open and executive sessions and November 4, 2021 open and executive sessions.
