“This meeting will be held virtually via Zoom Video Conference, in accordance with the temporary suspension and enhancement of the Open Meeting Law requirements by Governor Baker. Instructions for a Zoom video conference meeting, which also allows phone dial-in, are given below.” Said meeting will be open to the public and the press as required by the provisions of the Open Meeting Law. Furthermore, below is a list of topics that the Chairs reasonably anticipate will be discussed at the meeting.

Topics for review:
- Financial review – voting mtg. - calculation of amount available for distribution for 2022 grants. (Carolyn will update on town accounting challenges).
- MCC Panel Book – instructions for members on retrieving and reviewing grants from MCC website (deadline was Nov. 1) – Carolyn will walk us through how to review grants submitted – Grants Review Rubric we used last year was sent to all members by Carolyn previously – please review in line with our current “principles and guidelines.”
- Liaison reports on 2020/21 grant reimbursements – Carolyn will send out Nov. update – pls. check and connect with your grantees’ progress.
- Membership – 2 new members are being proposed. Discuss Select Board procedure.
- Task assignments for members and communications committee zoom mtg. (Gigi, Carolyn, Al, Patrick, Kevin).
- Digital Equity letter to SB and Town Cable Advisory Committee – Gigi/Merrill
