Bike & Walkway Committee will attend the MASS DOT 25% virtual public hearing

This is to confirm that a Live Virtual Design Public Hearing (DPH) for the referenced project will be held on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 6:30PM. Access will be provided through the

MassDOT website: www.mass.gov/massdot-highway-design-public-hearings

For your use and information, a PDF copy of the DPH Notice and the DPH flyer are attached.  Please distribute the DPH notice and flyer to your city and state officials and post the notice/flyer in at least two public locations such as the town hall, library, post office, police department, school district headquarters, courthouse, etc.  In addition, please distribute the DPH Notice and flyer to any key town organizations, grocery/liquor/hardware stores, and please post the DPH information on your town website, online calendar, online newsletter, and/or social media pages.
