The Trustees of the Wellfleet Affordable Housing Trust will hold a public meeting on August 16, 2021 at 7:00 PM. 5. Status of Mass Housing Partnership technical assistance grant and strategic plan for the Trust.

6. Paine Hollow Road escrow request.

7. 90 Freeman Ave. RFP.

8.Possible National Seashore land swap candidate parcels.

9.Support for creation of accessory dwelling units.

10. Future meeting agenda items and next meeting date.

11. Approval of minutes: July 19, 2021.

Consider the purchase of real property; and
Approve executive session minutes of July 19, 2021.
