“This meeting will be held virtually via Zoom Video Conference, in accordance with the temporary suspension and enhancement of the Open Meeting Law requirements by Governor Baker. Instructions for a Zoom video conference meeting, which also allows phone dial-in, are given below.” Said meeting will be open to the public and the press as required by the provisions of the Open Meeting Law. Furthermore, below is a list of topics that the Chairs reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting.

Publicity Report – Al/Carolyn – logo - VOTE on paying $70 a graphic artist to create a permanent and professional rendering of our logo into a vector file for future distribution to our grantees

Topics for review:
- Discuss community input on 2021/22 funding priorities received from our outreach efforts – share emails.
- VOTE on WCC Funding Priorities for 2021/22 (sent earlier to members) – do we want to revisit #1 (virtual programming) in light of recent COVID up-ticks locally? How can we help them craft their applications?
- Review new MCC WEBSITE AND WCC MEMBER log in codes – Carolyn will update us.
- WCC # of members – should we retain the current 15-member Council limit adapted a few years ago per Select Board advisory? VOTE. We now have 9 – down from 11. 2/3 new names are being recruited.
September Grants Help Desk (in-person cancelled in 2020) – October 15 is MCC grant deadline – could we do a zoom rather than gathering?
