Virtual Meeting 

The Trustees of the Wellfleet Affordable Housing Trust will hold a public meeting on March 29, 2021 at 7:00 PM.  The meeting will be conducted via Zoom Video Conferencing in accordance with the temporary suspension and enhancement to Open Meeting Law requirements by Governor Baker.  Instructions for a Zoom video conference, which includes phone call in options can be found below:

Status report on housing related activities (Housing Authority, Local Housing Partnership, 95 Lawrence Road Task Force, etc.)

Review of draft bylaw and declaration of trust.

Status of transfer of Affordable Housing Trust account balances to Trust and bequest to the Town for affordable housing purposes

Housing Action Plan, and status of Mass Housing Partnership technical assistance grant.

Annual Town Meeting Warrant item(s):

Affordable Dwelling Unit zoning bylaw amendment; possible recommendation;

Affordable Housing Trust bylaw; and

Allocation of short term rental tax receipts to Trust.

Possible real estate purchase opportunity.
