The Trustees of the Wellfleet Affordable Housing Trust will hold a public meeting on March 15, 2021 at 5:30 PM The meeting will be conducted via Zoom Video Conferencing in accordance with the temporary suspension and enhancement to Open Meeting Law requirements by Governor Baker.  Instructions for a Zoom video conference, which includes phone call in options can be found below:

Agenda:

Announcements and public comment.  Public comment must be brief.  Matters raised only during Announcements and public comment will not be the subject of deliberation by the Committee.

  1.  Status report on housing related activities (Housing Authority, Local Housing Partnership, 95 Lawrence Road Task Force, etc.)

  2.  Review of draft bylaw and declaration of trust.

  3.  Status of transfer of Affordable Housing Trust account balances to Trust.

  4.  Housing Action Plan, coordination with Housing Authority and Local Housing Partnership, status of Mass Housing Partnership technical assistance grant, and Trust mission statement.

  5.  Approval of donation solicitation proposal (“Housing Angels”).

  6.  Annual Town Meeting Warrant item(s):

• a. Affordable Housing Trust bylaw; and
• b. Allocation of short term rental tax receipts to Trust.

  7.  Land acquisition strategy including Town land within the Seashore, state, and federally owned property.

  8.  Future meeting agenda items and next meeting date.

  9.  Approval of minutes: February 22, 2021.

  10.  Adjournment.
