AGENDA
1. Call to Order
2. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes: December 12, 2023
3. Executive Director’s Report – Commission Executive Director will report on any recent staff activities.
4. Regulatory Update – Commission staff will review the status of current and potential Developments of Regional Impact and other regulatory projects at the Commission.
5. Cape Cod Commission Member Participation: Staff will present, and members will discuss, a draft Member Participation Policy to promote effective Cape Cod Commission member participation while serving on the Commission, including but not limited to on subcommittees, standing committees and in working groups. Executive Committee members may vote whether to forward a draft member participation policy to the Cape Cod Commission for their review and consideration.

6. Executive Session for purpose three (3) of the Open Meeting law, to discuss litigation strategy in the matter of Save Twin Brooks, Inc., Capeway Towing and Denise Johnson v. Cape Cod Commission and Quarterra Multifamily Communities, Barnstable Superior Court Civil Action No. 23CV95, because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body, with a return to public session.
