NOTICE OF MEETING
In conformity with the provisions of Chapter 30A, Massachusetts General Laws, Notice is
hereby filed that a meeting of the: BOARD OF ASSESSORS will be held on THURSDAY,
JANUARY 25, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. in the ASSESSOR’S OFFICE.
Said meeting will be open to the public and the press as required by the provisions of the Open
Meeting Law. Furthermore, below is a list of topics that the Chair reasonably anticipates will be
discussed at the meeting:
- Sign 2022 and 2023 motor vehicle abatements for December, 2023 & January, 2024.
- Sign 2023 motor vehicle warrant – 6th commitment.
- Adjourn open session and enter into executive session per M.G.L. c. 30A. Purpose 7
– To comply with or act under the authority of, and general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements.
- Conclude evaluation of FY2024 real estate and personal property abatement applications.
