Please take notice that the Wellfleet Conservation Commission, in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, and the Wellfleet Environmental Protection Bylaw, will hold a Public Hearing in person in the basement of Town Hall and via Zoom on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, business meeting at 4:00 pm; Public Hearings at 5:00 pm.

• Open Space: Properties Reports and request for guidelines/process for accepting property into Conservation.
• Needs List: The Community Preservation Committee will provide the new Needs List to the Select Board on February 6, 2024. The Conservation Committee typically reviews the List in conjunction with the Open Space Committee.
• Conservation Trust: Application to the Community Preservation Committee that would appropriate funds to the Conservation Commission for the purchase of open space, maintenance, and creating trails.
