NOTICE OF MEETING
In conformity with the provisions of Chapter 30A, Massachusetts General Laws, Notice is
hereby filed that a meeting of the: CEMETERY COMMISSION will be held on THURSDAY,
JANUARY 11, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the TOWN HALL HEARING ROOM. 300 Main st. 
Said meeting will be open to the public and the press as required by the provisions of the Open
Meeting Law. Furthermore, below is a list of topics that the Chair reasonably anticipates will be
discussed at the meeting:
 Identification of additional green burial plots & update plot maps
 Discussion of number of allowable upright headstones per plot
 Discussion on possible requirement that corner markers be engraved
 Draft FY2025 operating budget
 Draft 2023 Annual Report
 Plan for Winter, 2024 staffing
