PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 138, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 7:30 p.m. both virtually and at the Wellfleet Community Center (715 Old King’s Highway) to consider the following:
- Dredging Task Force members will provide information and answer questions about the town’s proposed mitigation plan required by the Army Corps of Engineers to secure the permit to dredge the harbor mooring field, thus allowing dredging of the first half of the mooring field to begin.
