Anyone desiring to record the meeting may do so only after notifying the Chair and may not interfere with the conduct of the Meeting in doing so.

Agenda

I. Review of past meetings’ Minutes for approval

II. Business-

A. - To update the CRC on the status of the complaints concerning the Open Meeting Law and the status of the reviews by Town Counsel and Town Clerk and to take any desired actions thereon;

B. - To review the published Articles 30 and 31 on the Town Meeting Warrant to see if any action is recommended for Town Meeting Floor;

C. - To consider further additional comments, if any, received, concerning the amendments to the Charter and whether any changes need to be considered; how the language in the proposed Article should be amended (if at all) and presented for a vote(s) at Town Meeting;

D. - To develop a matrix votes taken by the CRC, with regard to the published Charter revisions and possible amendments, to be used at Town Meeting; and

E. - To consider presentations by CRC members for the Town Meeting discussions.
