Notice of Public Hearings
Proposed Ordinance Nos. 22-30 and 23-01
On February 15, 2022 at 4:00 p.m., the Barnstable County Assembly of Delegates will hold
hybrid (in-person and virtual) public hearings on: Proposed Ordinance 22-30, To add to the
County's Dredge operating budget for Fiscal Year 2023, as enacted in Ordinance No. 22- 10 in
the amount of $2,140,283 by making supplemental appropriations in the amount of $650,000
for County Dredge Services; and Proposed Ordinance 23-01, Fiscal Year 2024 Capital Budget.
The public hearings will be held in the Mary Pat Flynn Conference Center at the Barnstable
County Courthouse Complex, 3195 Main Street – Route 6A, in the town of Barnstable, and via
Microsoft Teams. The hearings will be open to anyone wishing to testify or make public
comment on the proposed ordinances. The full text of the proposed ordinances has been
electronically distributed to the Town Clerk of each town in Barnstable County. They are also
available on the Cape Cod Regional Government website. Instructions on accessing the public
hearings will be detailed on the Assembly of Delegates Business Calendar for February 15,
2023 located at https://www.capecod.gov/county-government/meeting-center/. Written
comments can also be emailed to owen.fletcher@capecod.gov before noon on the date of the
public hearing. The County will also stream the public hearing and Assembly meeting live
streamed on the County YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/c/BarnstableCountyVideo.
