Notice of Virtual Public Hearing on 

Proposed Ordinance Nos. 20-08 through 20-14 

On May 13, 2020 at 4:00 p.m., the Assembly of Delegates will hold a virtual public hearing on the following Proposed Ordinance Nos. 20-08: Rooftop Solar Lease 1st District Building - Barnstable; 20-09: Rooftop Solar Lease County Lab Building -Barnstable; 20-10: Rooftop Solar Lease Registry of Deeds Building - Barnstable; 20-11: Canopy Solar Lease County Main Campus Parking Lot - Barnstable; 20-12: Ground Mounted Solar Lease County Farm - Barnstable; 20-13: Canopy Solar Lease Rock Harbor 2nd District Building – Rock Harbor Orleans; 20-14: Rooftop Solar Lease 2nd District Building – Rock Harbor Orleans. 

The virtual public hearing will be open to anyone wishing to testify or make public comment on the proposed ordinances. The full text of the proposed ordinances have been electronically distributed to the Town Clerk of each town in Barnstable County, are also available on the Assembly web page, including instructions on accessing the public hearing and will be detailed on the Assembly meeting agenda of May 20, 2020 and located at https://www.barnstablecounty.org/regional-government/assembly-of-delegat... . Comments can also be emailed to joconnell @barnstablecounty.org by Noon on or before the date of the virtual public hearing. The virtual public hearing and Assembly meeting will be live streamed via YouTube and can also be accessed via the county web page.
