Photovoltaic – Site Plan Review – Wellfleet Landfill
- Update on the contract the will be drawn up as soon as possible.
- No motions or votes were taken.
Horton, Josem Way – Subdivision - Map #42 Parcel # 43 – Update on Escrow
- To date the board has yet to receive a check of $5,000. Discussion about how long the approval of the subdivision goes? Chair Parent explained how it worked and that the board had the right to pull an application.
- The board discussed its options for Josem Way.
- Powers will contact counsel about how to proceed to pull the application.

Hall Subdivision, Sam Hollow Road- Map #23 Parcel #73 -Billy Rogers Update
- Billy is still finalizing his report for the board, it will be emailed to the board members once the report comes in and will be put into the board’s packets.

Meeting Minute – November 28, 2018
- The board discussed how the minutes should be written, Rebekah will amend the minutes for this meeting and email them to the board.
Town Planner’s Update
- Discussion about Affordable Accessory Dwelling Units that will be added to the next agenda for discussion, when Powers is present at the next meeting.
