Minutes of Meeting on Wednesday, May 6, 2015
Wellfleet Council on Aging, 7:00 PM

Chair Parent opened the meeting at 7:01 PM
Minutes of 4/22/15
O’Connell moved to approve the April 22, 2015 meeting minutes as amended. Morrissey seconded, and the motion carried 5-0.
Howard Court Road Maintenance Trust
The transfer of funds was turned in as evidence of the formation of the trust. The Board would have preferred to see William H. Hahn as the trustee of the trust, but accepted the document and closed the discussion.
Planning Board Information Packet Filing Deadline & Website Revisions
Pickard made a motion to approve noon on Thursday as the deadline for filing packet information. Morrissey seconded the motion and it carried 6-0.
Procedures for Special Permit Revisions
Pickard made the motion to correct the text on the website that states the number of members needed to vote on a decision. It should read 5, not 4. O’Connell seconded, and the motion carried 6-0.
Discussion of ZBL changes suggested for Lot Area definition and flood plain inclusion (§ 6.14.2)
O’Connell presented a draft of revisions. The Board agreed to work on further clarification of the definition of Lot Area. The suggestion was made to consult Building Inspector Richard Stevens.
Medical Marijuana Discussion
This discussion was tabled until the May 20th Planning Board meeting to allow for proper notification of interested parties.

The Board agreed to limit summer meeting dates to July 15, August 19.
Adjournment
O’Connell moved to adjourn. Freeman seconded, and the motion carried 6-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:53 PM.
