Appeals - Request of Hearing

If you received a parking ticket within the Town of Wellfleet and want to challenge, you must submit notice to the Parking Clerk and request a review of the ticket.

Click on the link to the form "Parking Ticket Appeal Form" or fill out a form at the Administration Department, 2nd Floor, Town Hall, 300 Main Street. Hours of operation until further notice Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am-3pm. 

Hearings Schedule

• Until further notice all hearings will be conducted by mail only. 

Appeals of Decision

• The review and decisions of the Parking Clerk are final and can only be appealed to the Clerk Magistrate at the Barnstable Superior Court
