13. Report of the Assembly Standing Committee on Finance containing Recommendations on Items in the Fiscal Year 2025 Proposed Operating Budget, under Home Rule Charter Section 5 – 5(c)
14. Reconsidering of Proposed Ordinance 2024-06, Appropriating the sum of $6,290,370 to the Capital Stabilization Fund established in Ordinance 2020-17 by transferring funds from the Unreserved Fund Balance, under Home Rule Charter Section 3 – 8

Reconsidering of Proposed Ordinance 2024-13, Authorizing funds and the authority to file loan application(s) in the amount of $13,000,000 for the purpose of making loans to residents of the County for repairing, replacing and/or upgrading residential septic systems, inclusive of sewer connections and innovative/alternative septic systems, and further, adding to the County's Fiscal Year 2024 operating budget, as enacted in Ordinance 2023-07, by making supplemental appropriations in the amount of $13,000,000 for the Fiscal Year 2024, under Home Rule Charter Section 3 – 8
