5. Fiscal Year 2025 Proposed Operating Budget Review – Dredge Enterprise Fund
6. Proposed Ordinance No. 11, Authorizing the appropriation of $48,658 for the purchase
of a new barge section for the Dredge Enterprise Fund, and further, to repurpose
remaining bond proceeds from the new dredge financed with long-term debt
